This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can participate anywhere that you have Internet access.
You will receive login information for the event 1 week prior.
No. All passes must be registered before the event goes live.
The online platform will provide attendees the opportunity to reach out and connect with all attendees. This includes conference delegates, exhibition-only visitors, speakers, sponsors, and the organisers from Ascend Global Media. You’ll be able to arrange 1-on-1 meetings via video conferencing and have a group messaging
Yes. The event is across 3 different time zones. Please see the agenda here for when each content session will run. If you miss a session, you can catch it on-demand once it finishes.

Conference sessions are not pre-bookable before the event.
Yes, sessions will be made available to access both real-time and on-demand, meaning you can watch the sessions at a later time or date that suits you. If you have a premium ticket the sessions are available for an additional 30 days post event.
Yes, there will be the ability to have your questions answered during the scheduled session time via the session Q&A functionality. For premium ticket holders, questions asked in the session Q&A will remain in chat for 30 days post event.
No. Some attendees may want to request a video chat or audio chat; however, a webcam is not required to participate.
No. The event will run on an online website so you will need a tablet, phone or laptop with WIFI to attend the event.
