Lucie Kogelheide is an Information Technology Security Consultant at TÜV Informationstechnik GmbH (TÜViT) in Essen, Germany. A trained physicist, she chose the field of hardware security, now attacking products by performing powerful so-called “physical attacks” in TÜViT’s hardware laboratory. As a “good” hacker, she tests the security systems of smart cards and microprocessors on behalf of a customer to increase security of products in the field.

Dr. Mathew Divine is Head of the Digital Lab part of the Digital Transformation Center of Excellence in Clinical Development and Operations. He has spent a lot of time at the university actively engaged in number of activities related to the quantitative biomedical sciences. This ranges from simulations and visualiztion of biological systems, to hands-on work in a pre-clinical imaging laboratory, and to development and validation of semi-supervised machine learning models to determine the efficacy of experimental cancer drugs.
